Art & Æsthetics is the editorial axis of Artæria.
Artæria publishes prestige art books and Artæria, an art magazine devoted to art and æsthetics. Founded in 2025 in the Greater Toronto Area, we work with contemporary artists to create limited editions that carry their voice into print.
Each publication is built around a single principle. A book is an extension of the artist’s voice, not the publisher’s. We design around the work, not over it, holding form, rhythm, and proportion in service of the art.
Æsthetics, for us, is not surface polish. It is the discipline of seeing and choosing, where meaning becomes legible through form, restraint, and intensity without excess. This is the editorial standard we hold for every title we publish.
Selected titles are held in the collections of Library and Archives Canada and the Hermitage Museum Academy Library.
